Mafia-Con a wacky yet beneficial tradition held every year in the mafia world, this convention houses all the most powerful mafias in the world under one roof in order to re-establish ties with other families, maintain friendships and even business transactions. This year the Vongola will be hosting it and who better to plan the whole thing besides Tsunayoshi Sawada and his guardians? Tsuna has just accepted the title of Vongola Decimo after the Inheritance arc and wants the Vongola to change back to its original intended creation made by Vongola Primo. He’s convinced by the ninth this convention will help him see who the Vongola should remain friends with.

At the family Tsuna befriends the 11th generation boss of the Tragedia family, second to power underneath the Vongola and her guardians, as well as the 9th generation boss of the third family in power the Bellezza family. The Tragedia and Bellezza hate each other and after a little incident that took place at the Mafia-con the families have declared war upon each other with no intentions of backing down. Both bosses are forcing Tsuna to stand with them or against them, Tsuna Sawada is forced to make a decision to engage into war and fight both of his friends or try and find a way to make this end peacefully.
